The Temporary Exhibition gallery exhibits a diverse creative works of various Zambian artists. The underlining abilities behind the creative pieces of art awaken the sense of perception of the visitors and enable them to appreciate contemporary way of Zambian life.

Children's corner

The children's corner was established in 1998 in line with the Nairobi Declaration. The corner is currently undergoing reconstruction and will occupy part of the upper gallery. The children's corner aims at promoting the rights and interests of children in heritage development. Children's self made artifacts resulting from different programmes and activities, mainly centered on creativity, imagination and innovation will be displayed. This is where children will also meet to have open discussions, free conversations with each other or among themselves.
