Other research interests have been in ecology and systematic, habitat selection and parasitism in birds. The section has been carrying out a census of water birds along the Zambezi River upriver of the Victoria Falls every year since 1993 as part of the African Waterbird Census.
Livingstone Museum Research - Ornithology
The section has focused on the study of the distribution of birds in Zambia, networking with local birding societies to generate records for the distribution of Birds in Zambia.
